Learn real life surfing skills while doing intense core work and upper-body cardio, incorporated with some yoga & pilates moves. Lookout friends... we may be doing an event taking on the waves this coming spring.    Our gift bags were packed with sunscreens and skincare items ($200 value). We even had 500 mg of CBD oil courtesy of Green Angel CBD. CBD is believed to prevent skin cancer and other cancers by preventing the cells from mutating. 10/1/2019 0 Comments PLNK For A Cure (STL)  St. Louis showed up and showed out for PLNK For A Cure! Thank you to all of the sponsors for this event, and for those that attended and made it so great! We were able to raise a total of $730. PLNK is one of the leading lagree studios in the WORLD. Using the Megaformer machine, PLNK utilizes slow intentional movements, quick transitions, and constant engagement of the core. This low-impact but very challenging method creates leaner, stronger, and more flexible bodies. Lacy Coe brought a pop-up shop to the Central West End and donated 15% of all sales to YOUv Radiance!  We had a DONUT WALL from Strange Donuts!! Strange Donuts is the most popular and unique donut bakery in STL. Each month they have new flavors!  Sweetie Pie's Bakery created a custom black ribbon cookie to represent Melanoma Awareness! THANK YOU to everyone who came to the event and took the time to learn about how to prevent and stop skin cancer in its tracks!
